MSN Member Center account | How to Create Secondary Account in Member Center

  • Open your browser and go to the My Account page and log in with your primary username and password.
  • Click Manage Users to see the options available on the left side of the page.
  • In Add a new member, click Add a member.
  • Complete the information requested on this page and click Next.
  • Review and sign the agreement and then click OK.
  • Now you have successfully created a new secondary account.

To open another email address in your primary email account, repeat the steps mentioned above.
The account you just created will be visible in the MSN Client software when you log in the next time.

Add a secondary account to my MSN?

You can add any @ msn.com, @ hotmail.com or @ live.com as a secondary account. Verify that the account you are trying to add is not currently associated with another account or that it is not a primary account; if so, you can not add it.

  1. Open your browser and go to the My Account page and log in with your username and password for the main account.
  2. Click on the Help and Settings menu then click on Accounts and Billing.
  3. Click on Add member accounts.
  4. If you want to use an existing MSN or Hotmail email address for the new account, select Write an existing MSN or Hotmail email address, enter the name and password of the email and click Continue.
  5. If you want to create a new email address for the new account, select Create an email address from MSN.com for the new member and click Continue. Follow the instructions to create your new account.
  6. Enter your name in the box and click OK.

If the account is for a child under the age of 13, you will be asked to give your consent before clicking OK.
On the next screen, click Close to return to the main menu.
